Anjaneya Enterprises ("Digiicraft", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This policy explains what we collect when you visit digicraft.in or engage us for services, and how that data is handled.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone) you submit via forms.
- Project brief details shared through the Request a Project flow.
- Usage data: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location via cookies and Google Analytics 4.
- Communication records (email, WhatsApp, calls) for active engagements.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and invoice services you have engaged us for.
- To improve our website, content and offerings.
- To comply with Indian tax, accounting and legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with vetted processors such as hosting providers (Vercel, AWS Mumbai), payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) and email platforms (Resend, Google Workspace) under appropriate data protection agreements.
4. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for session handling and optional analytics cookies (GA4). You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
5. Your rights (DPDP Act)
You may request access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent for your personal data by writing to privacy@digicraft.in. We respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
We retain client records for 8 years to meet statutory requirements under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act of India. Marketing enquiries are purged after 24 months of inactivity.
7. Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in India and the EU. Access is limited to authorised team members under signed NDAs.
