Terms of Service
These terms govern all engagements with Anjaneya Enterprises, a company incorporated in India (GSTIN: 29EMRPR2576H2Z4). By engaging us or using this website you agree to the following.
1. Scope of work
Each project is defined by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies deliverables, timeline, milestones and fees. Any work outside the SOW is treated as a change request and billed separately.
2. Fees and taxes
All fees are in INR (or USD/GBP for international clients), exclusive of 18% GST. Late payments attract interest at 1.5% per month under the MSME Act.
3. Payment schedule
- 50% advance to commence work.
- 30% on design sign-off.
- 20% before code handover or go-live.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, all final deliverables (design files, source code, content) transfer to the client. Pre-existing tools, libraries and our internal frameworks remain owned by Digiicraft and are licensed perpetually for the project.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, for a period of 3 years post-completion.
6. Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, content and approvals are required to keep timelines. Delays of more than 14 days may push delivery and incur a re-mobilisation fee.
7. Warranties & liability
We warrant our work will be performed professionally. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
