Refund & Cancellation
Digiicraft is a service business. Because work begins as soon as advance is received, refunds are handled per the milestones outlined below. This policy is required for Razorpay / Stripe compliance and Indian consumer protection norms.
1. Discovery sprint
The initial paid discovery (₹25,000-₹75,000) is non-refundable once kickoff has happened, as research, workshops and strategy deliverables are produced in week one.
2. Project advance (50%)
- Within 48 hours of payment, before kickoff: 90% refund (10% admin fee).
- After kickoff, before design presentation: 50% refund.
- After first design presentation: non-refundable.
3. Milestone payments (30% / 20%)
Payments tied to design sign-off and launch are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered and shared with the client.
4. Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No pro-rata refunds for the current month are issued once the cycle has begun.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@digicraft.in with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please raise concerns with us first. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested and may result in cancellation of services.
